Total transformation starts with connecting the body, spirit AND MIND. The Mental Makeover is where your total transformation begins as I use coaching and hypnotherapy to have you master positive, mindset transforming methods. This program helps you identify and remove barriers limiting you from being your best self as we learn to understand, implement and put into practice techniques to help you recognize life limiting challenges and how to deal with them so they don't prevent you from being your greatest self. ​ This program includes eight (8) customized sessions incorporating mind transforming techniques on setting your intentions, identifying and overcoming life altering barriers, and implementing action plans to make lasting change in your life. This program also includes personalized checkins throughout the program. Note: By clicking Book Now, you are scheduling your first 90-minute session. We will work together to schedule the second session. Follow on sessions may vary based on individual need.

Cancellation Policy
