Time & Location
About the Event
If you've ever experienced anxiety you know it can be intense. According to the National Alliance on Mental Illness, an estimated 40 million adults in the U.S. have some kind of anxiety disorder. So please know that you are not alone! Stress affects your mind and body in very serious ways. Upset stomachs, heart palpitations, trouble breathing, headaches, or tightness in the chest — are all natural occurrences when anxiety kicks in.
Through meditation, we'll learn how to address anxiety-inducing thoughts so they don't define us. We'll also learn to be aware of our body's response so we can learn to catch ourselves when anxiety is creeping in.
Let me show you techniques and answer your questions to help you deal with your anxiety and prevent the physical affects you may be experiencing as a result.
I look forward to seeing you!
