Worrying about the physical and financial impacts not to mention being stuck in the house can cause all kinds of emotional and mental stress. Stress affects your mind and body in very serious ways. Upset stomachs, heart palpitations, trouble breathing, headaches, or tightness in the chest — are all natural occurrences when anxiety kicks in.
You don't have to deal with this alone. In this video session, let me show you meditation techniques and answer your questions to help you deal with your anxiety and prevent the physical affects you may be experiencing as a result. Through meditation, we'll learn how to address anxiety-inducing thoughts so they don't define us. We'll also learn to be aware of our body's response so we can learn to catch ourselves when anxiety is creeping in.
